Our Foldable Bookie Braai is made to fit in small tight spaces but provide you with a great small travel braai.

This small foldable braai comes in two sizes:

• Medium 300mm x 400mm Braai surface
  • Folded open: H360mm x L410mm x W310mm
  • Folded up: H410mm x L410mm x W35mm
• Compatible with a standard 440mm x 330mm sandwich grid that sets it apart from most other small braai’s.

• Large 300mm x 600mm Braai surface
  • Folded open: H360mm x L610mm x W310mm
  • Folded up: H410mm x L410mm x W35mm
• Compatible with a standard 620mm x 330mm sandwich snoek size grid that sets it apart from most other small braai’s.

Can be used in different ways, e.g. as a grill or as a fire pit.

Made from 1.6mm thick 430 stainless steel, this braai is both durable and easy to clean.

It folds down to just 35mm in depth, making it easy to pack into the included carry bag and transport to your campsite or just keep stored away behind your bakkie’s seat or in tight spaces.

When folded open, it measures 360mm in height, 400 or 600mm in width, and 300mm in depth, providing plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal.

All of the parts needed to assemble the boekie braai fit inside itself.

There’s no need for any tools to get your braai started.

Set the 2 side panels,, then the ash tray, build your fire and pop on the grills and have a braai.

Made from 430 Stainless Steel and not 3CR12 like other camping braai’s.

430 Stainless Steel has a higher chromium (Cr) percentage which makes it significantly more resistant to corrosion.
The lower chromium (Cr) grade of 3CR12 has some advantages, easier to weld, but you give up noticeable corrosion resistance in return.
