Our Side Spare Tyre Mount Platform serves as a sturdy base for a range of accessory mounts from our Tyre Mount Platform collection, making it an essential addition to any overland setup.

Basic Summary

  • Side mounting gear on your spare tyre allows you to still fit a rear bin bag or factory reversing camera also compatible with our Tyre Braai.
  • Mounting your gas bottle on the spare tyre gives you easy access when using a camp kitchen and a fixed storage place.
  • Using the Bottom lip of most gas bottles with our lockable thumb screws allows for toolless removal as well as added security.
  • Our thumb screws are specifically designed to utilise a padlock to keep your gear safe.
  • The slots for straps provide additional securing options and anti-vibration. 
  • Can be used in multiple positions, depending on the placement of your rear spare tyre. Place it on the left-hand side, right-hand side or even horizontally above the tyre.
